Bjarke has a background in computer science (M.Sc.) from University of Copenhagen, and have in his career worked in different areas of the tech domain, from data science & data engineering to more product-oriented work within backend development, code- and cost optimization, infrastructure, databases & APIs, with hosting and computation running on cloud resources.
He have experience within the industries of Consultancy, Transport & Logistics, Sports & Sports betting, Pharmaceutics, and Ecommerce.
Bjarke enjoys working with products consuming huge amounts of data that utilizes statistical models and/or data science to claim a competitive edge in interesting competitive markets, that ultimately brings valuable insights for the end client.
In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, handball, and maintaining his top 1% worldwide position in the online computer game Dota 2. He also likes to tinker with quantitative finance, and use theoretical models to navigate his way through trading positions.
